President FPCCI Abdul Rauf Alam has appointed Ms. Atiqa Odho Chairperson of “FPCCI Standing Committee on Production and Entertainment” for the year 2016 in view of increasing business development (film, television, theater, radio & entertainment) in Pakistan. The purpose of the said committee is to help facilitate networking between trade partners and the business community at large. The other objective of this committee is to encourage on ground seminars, workshops & conferences related to the trade to narrow the gap between various sectors as well as encourage international partnerships.

Ms. Atiqa Odho has thirty years of extensive experience in on-and-off-screen projects. She is also the former chairperson of the (UPA) United Producers Association of Pakistan. Being a renowned media personality, she has been contributing her time and experience to facilitate better business practices amongst her trade throughout her career and is looking forward to serving her trade and nation further through the FPCCI.

I have judged LSA film category as well as fashion category. Was a jury member on both panels this year.
